Creating and launching a new department of POP (plating on plastics) for automotive parts.

• Implementation of Quality Control procedures by the assembly lines and after Vehicles finishing according to the car manufacturer standards. • Training and supervision of Quality Control Technicians team. • Storage and analysis of assembly errors, taking appropriate quality action plans that are based on recognized quality methods: 8D Report, Ishikawa Diagram, 5S, Kaizen, FMEA, Kanban, Poka Yoke, ... etc. • Editing quality reports that are connected to the CKD sets and submission to the Appeal Division of vehicle manufacturers. Eventually, these quality reports lead to optimization requests that are transmitted to the Research and Development Department of the car manufacturer. • Preparation of approval reports of newly assembled vehicles.

• Corporate restructuring: o Implementation and organization of a new technical and sales team. o Implementation of business relationships with new suppliers. o Integrating of new processes and products in the distribution range. o Improvement of the customer service (laboratory services and technical advice and customers supporting on the field). • Turnover Development over the whole country. • Supervising of the technical consulting and customer support. • Implementation and supervising of new electroplating / surface treatment / metal finishing facilities. • Testing of the new electroplating processes in the Tunisian industrial environment. • Implementation of new powder coating facilities. • Supervising of technical and sales team. • Logistics management.

• Implementation of a Quality Management system that meets the ISO 9001 V 2000 requirements, ISO certification earned on December 2006. • Implementation of an Environment Management System that meets the ISO 14001 V 2004 requirements. Reached step: Step 3 Achievement. (Project postponed because of lack of necessary financial resources to achieve certification).
